Have a listen to a few studio tracks recorded with

JD on harmonica and vocals.

Ride em on Down is an all time classic cover of the Eddie Taylor song recorded in 1955 on the Vee-Jay label.

Eddie Taylor is known as the man on guitar accompanying no other than Jimmy Reed himself.

JD's vocal borrows from both these all-time Blues greats.

Honest I do (recorded by Jimmy Reed in 1957) was recorded impromptu, during a session at Abbey road studios, London.

My Baby Don't Love Me No More is an exciting alternating groove of rhumba and swing, this is a Jimmy Rogers tune, recorded in 1957 on the Chess label.
